"more probable than not" What joke. This is the biggest non-story, that became a media driven story for web clicks and viewers. More probable than not is a legal standard/legal term of art. Since the report was prepared by a law firm, that language is not surprising and means they are sure it happened.

Tied Vince Young. The lower the score, the better, right? Just like Golf. You're the champ.

yes and yes. Done both. We also had to take the leadership readiness assessment. These are so easy to figure out. YOu would have to be brain dead not to know the answers they are looking for. Guess that's what makes me a leader. I actually tried to taper my score a bit to play along with the game. Unfortunately, I was the only one who did so and had the lowest scores. How'd you do on the Wunderlich?

Have they made you read Situational Leadership or Emotional Intelligence yet? The latter is trending and popular with my company right now. It comes with a ridiculous and transparent test to gauge your emotional intelligence level. yes and yes. Did both. We also had to take the leadership readiness assessment. These are so easy to figure out. You would have to be brain dead not to know the answers they are looking for. Guess that's what makes me a leader.

My company has put me in a management training program with about 20 other "high performers" across various divisions. It's lead by an HR person. It's all about "feedback" and "sharing experiences" as we engage in our "leadership journey." HR psychobabble.

Good luck on your career advancement journey. I do hope you will share with us how you are progressing as you embrace your opportunities to expand your skill set. Given the last shit show and disappointment when I thought I was getting the regional director position, I've learned to taper my expectations. Regardless, I'll be sure to share all my emo moment with you guys... I'm using an English to HR translator.

Got a call from an internal recruiter this morning asking if I would be interested in a business development role. Got a VP from another division calling tomorrow to discuss it further. Good luck on your career advancement journey. I do hope you will share with us how you are progressing as you embrace your opportunities to expand your skill set.

Voted at 8:30 this morning. Took me longer to park than vote. I pulled into a mostly empty lot with at least 250 spaces and just after I put it in park some bitch came flying across the front of my car and parked hers directly in front of me. Pulled up and backed up to my front bumper. WTF? The parking lot was empty. I think you answered your own question.

H.R. speak has got to be the most annoying thing in the world. If I hear "share" and "journey" more more time....

It would have still sucked. Boxing has turned into a joke. Hasn't been the same since the Joe Louis-Mx Schmelling bouts. I stopped watching after that. I remember having to walk both ways uphill in the snow to find a radio just to listen. Nothing like those kids today. Call themselves boxers. Sheesh.

I love Japanese people! They're so much shorter than me, and they love wrestling. Just as long as they stay outta my way when I'm riding my bike. If I could handle sleeping in a cubicle I'd consider moving there. And really, what's the difference between a hot dog for breakfast and some sausage links and toast? Same shit, different shaped foods. I think your bike encounter was with a chinese kid. See, me and the Japanese get along great. Attacking the Chinese is a very Japanese thing to do. You're practically one of them.

Pretty controversial thing to post. Let's keep it friendly. Box woods and yews can coexist. I have both actually. Yeah, I'm sure some of your best friends have boxwoods.

I think it was their only defense? What would have been the wise way to respond to that evidence? Not respond at all. The Defense has no burden to prove anything.

Negative. I don't see how that would have saved my back. I've heard these help support your back Mine has tennis balls on the front legs. Makes it easier to push. Love to chat, but if I don't leave now, I'll miss the early bird special at Cracker Barrell.

The last 72 hours have been a total nightmare. Got hit in the eye cycling. Ended up in the ER having a foreign object removed from my eyeball and an "ulcer" on my cornea. Spent 24 hours blind in one eye with an eye patch. Was recovering nicely, got the vision back, pain reduced, when I destroyed my back putting in a new fence line. Heard and felt the "pop." It only hurts when I sit, stand, walk, lie down, bend, etc. Pain radiates into the hip. Getting old is not fun. Were you wearing glasses/sunglasses? Negative. I don't see how that would have saved my back.

I thought that Hoff said 6. He said he read that only 6 of the 8 hit the victim. 5 rounds hit the victim.

About the dude running from the dirty cop. His warrant was for being late on his child support payment. Then when he got back to the office he reported that the now deceased tried to grab his tazer. Another lie. Somebody filmed it in their cell phone. He flat out executed the guy. Shot him in the back as the guy fled. And then put out the throw down to claim the guy was armed. Mr. Officer Man is going away for a very short time. It will be a long sentence, but police don't do well on the inside. He's done.

Water is wet, and It's Remarkably Easy To Beat NFL Drug Testing... deadspin.com/its-remarkably-easy-to-beat-nfl-drug-testing-1695935246If we’ve learned one thing from his trial...it’s that Aaron Hernandez probably killed a dude or three. But if we’ve learned a second thing from the trial, it’s that Aaron Hernandez smoked a lot of weed. Like, a ton of it, and all the time. Enough to keep even the largest fictional giant in a permanent chill state. And yet the NFL never caught on. Then what's Josh Gordon's excuse? Higher level of stupid.

It's bad when you have to go to business insider for your cycling news. Velonews had it to. Found the link through Yahoo.
