I wouldn't get my hopes up for Marshall. Almost everyone thinks he's off to USC. However...more good news in terms of visitors this weekend, as this kid just announced he's coming up: Name | From | Ht/Wt
| Pos
| Rivals | Scout | 24/7 | ESPN | Notes
| Joshua McMillon
| Memphis, TN
| 6'3, 245
| LB
| 4* #249

| Bama Commit
|
ESPN says Scout Says As I mentioned, he is currently committed to Alabama, but he also has offers from Auburn, Clemson, Ohio State, and Oklahoma, among others. Maybe this is a case of Alabama suggesting he look elsewhere, but he was very interested in UM early in the 2014 season.

I don't know if tommy has separate sources, but FWIW, the random Twitter accounts that were talking about a silent commit are literally run by a 14-year-old who subscribes to all the recruiting services, then takes any whiff of info he finds and says things like "I can confirm Michigan has a silent commit." He throws unverifiable shit at the wall, to get Twitter followers I guess, and there are no consequences when he's wrong, because he's not a real journalist. I'm guessing it will still be a little while before we see any commitments, but there's a chance this weekend, with DBs Chris Williamson, Nate Dalton, and Will Lockett, DEs Reuben Jones and Jake Pickard, TE Matt Synder, and FB Reagan Williams all visiting. Here are the latest names on the radar: Name | From | Ht/Wt

Ummm hardballs? Weber stands solid with his commitment to Ohio State. He had originally committed to Michigan, but de-committed in November and then Brady Hoke was fired as head coach. "I've talked to Coach Harbaugh a few times and he's a pretty energized guy," said Weber of Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh. "I'm committed to Ohio State. I haven't made one (an official visit) to Michigan and I don't think I will." Northville tackle David Moorman said Thursday is he is totally committed to Wisconsin and doesn't plan on taking official visits to any other school. www.detroitnews.com/story/sports/college/2015/01/22/reports-oak-park-rb-john-kelly-commits-tennessee/22180939/

And McMillon canceled his visit about 5 hours after he set it up. Seems that Saban put the fear of god in him.

Is it worth the UM coaches putting all this time and energy into a recruit, that may never decommit from OSU and recommit to UM?

Love taking another qb. Most important position, you need options.

Commit #3 for the weekend is OL Nolan Ulizio. Just a 2- or 3-star kid, but he's got great size (6'6, 280+) and he seems pretty athletic. Also, Hudl page

Yea Josh Hembolt of rivals basically said this kid is just a guy, not a lot of upside for a low ranked kid. may be a reach I suppose.
