I've changed my mind, I hope they make it into the playoffs.

There's so much pressure on closers here after years of failure that I think they are all doomed to fail. Big pressure last night, going into the bottom of the 9th with a 3 run lead.

I don't see many complaining about the refs. This game was up there with Kentucky/duke and the nova/georgetown as my all time favorites. That was an amazing game, one of the best of all time! Hope the Hatchet enjoyed Better Call Saul, Lol!

As reported by Box Office Mojo, the DC superhero showdown took $52.3 million in its second weekend of domestic release, a drop of 68.4% from its opening. This is the fifth biggest second week fall of all time, behind Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 and three of the Twilight series.

I have faith in Hardballs and his decision making when it comes to qb. That's his position, he will coach up and select the best person for the gig. I was pretty impressed with Speight myself. The only thing I do not want to see, is QB roulette. I think that is one of the things that helped Rudock and Hardballs last year. There was no viable alternative, so they both were forced to work through some of the growing pains, without turning to the backup. I'm really surprised that Shane Morris didn't leave prior to this season. This would have been the ideal time to do so.

Donte Whitner released as Browns continue roster shake-up
The Cleveland Browns' roster "reboot" continued Saturday, when the team released veteran safety Donte Whitner.
Whitner and inside linebacker Karlos Dansby have been released, and offensive tackle Mitchell Schwartz, receiver Travis Benjamin, safety Tashaun Gipson, inside linebacker Craig Robertson and center Alex Mack left as free agents.
The Browns must replace both starting safeties from last season, as well as the team's two leading tacklers. Dansby led the Browns with 108 tackles; Whitner was second with 81. Dansby, 34, signed with the Bengals; Whitner, 30, becomes a free agent.

This post is why it's basically impossible to have a conversation on this MB. The constant strawman arguments are exhausting. How is that a strawman? My understanding was that Lions parted ways with Joique Bell, with the intention of signing a better RB. I'm not sure if Ridley is an upgrade or downgrade, that's why I asked. It must be that time of the month for you again.

How much did Dallas pay Alfred Morris? He can't catch the ball but he can run between the tackles. Ridley has been all around garbage. His best season was 2012. Wow, Morris has a very friendly deal: Alfred Morris for $3.5 million over two years

Don't even bother with that fool. Ridley is a mediocre RB that has had fumble issues and also been banged up with a lot of injuries. So you'd prefer Joique?

Harbaugh will take his team into the submarine again this summer. We won't know who the starter is, until he runs out there for game #1.

You think? Quinn was with the pats the last 15 years. Ridley was on the Patriots 2011-2014. Thanks for making me look that up.

I though Speight and O'Korn were close, but I agree that Speight was a little better.
Kareem Walker looked really good. Not sure if it was televised, but he has a great burst when he hits the hole.

Also The Lions signed Stevan Ridley. linkBecause he's so awesome....... He was with New England while Quinn was there, I think.

Now that the shine is starting to wear off. UM is starting to look exactly like what UM fans spent many years crying about. It's a damn shame.... Huh, us Michigan fans cannot even rip our team/coach properly.

Sounds like Beilein didn't think he could contribute with his hip problem but also doesn't want him to play against us. Good thing Beilein runs a clean program. Maybe it's sour grapes from Beifeldt? Pat Forde is spot on:
