Harbs is fun! He's just announced a Satellite camp at Warren Harding in Ohio on June 9. The update on 97.1 said he was trying to schedule a camp in Florida at St. Thomas Aquinas, the exact same day that Urban Meyer is holding a camp there! He's also announced camps in Kansas and California. He either likes camps, or cannot wait to get out of Michigan. Remember that one time, when all the writers said he doesn't like recruiting? That was cool.

I really hope Trump picks Bob Knight to be his VP. It's still unbelievable to me. As much as I hate Trump, it would be totally fraudulent for the GOP to step in and contest this thing. The (ignorant) people have spoken.

Fired two long term scouts today after the draft. That's interesting. I wonder just how much of their input was taken into consideration? they've needed to gut that entire department for like... 20 years. I thought that Quinn had already purged most of them.

The long snapper will play 100x more plays than Ruddock. You couldn't have grabbed him in UFA? Was he high on someone else's board? I have never seen that position drafted, didn't even know what a LS was. Undrafted UFAs can choose the team they want to sign with. Not many people look at the Lions as a top destination.

So once post draft cuts are made how many signings will Quin make? I think we need one big physical receiver and a starting corner opposite Slay. Atleast two with possibly some more depth. Linebacker too.

Got to be happy with Fulmer and Zimmerman.

Zettel is from Michigan and went to high school in West Branch. I like that pick.

For the Lions, I hope they can package some of their many lower round picks and move up today. I'd be happy with Connie, Billings, etc.
As for OSU, it is a great achievement to have 10 get drafted in the first 100. But it also makes you wonder why this team wasn't better last year.

I told you guys that the Conner Cook draft story would be fascinating. Lol, at all the MSU writers that claimed there were no issues.
With that said, I thought he was a good value in the 3rd, and will be a steal for someone on day 4. You've got to be kidding me that NFL scouts like Hackenburg over Cc.

They reached on a Reiff clone. At 16 they should've went with Kelly or the best DE/DT on the board. Instead they reached on a guy that can't play LT and was very inconsistent at OSU…. This Kelly...?

I think Day one went as well as could be expected for the Lions. I didn't want to see them draft a WR in the first round. They got a position of severe need, that will hopefully make the Lions running game improve and protect Matt Stafford. I am a little concerned about what John Gruden said last night, that Taylor Decker wasn't that good at pass protection. I hope he's wrong, as other services do not share his opinion.
The thing I thought the Lions did well, was wait on a defensive lineman. There are a bunch of good ones sitting there for day 2, hopefully they will get a good one. Conversely, there is not much left in the Offensive Lineman stock for Day 2.

Lions have to take him. Steal I'm hoping he falls! I'd take Tunsil in a heartbeat.

Gekko needs to schedule a tee time with flem to patch things up. Maybe let him win by a stroke, 81-80. Gekko has that personality that can empty a room (like a bad fart) . He almost single handedly killed the SI, and now he's killing this place.

As soon as the DoJ started investigating u knew ut wouldnt last. The NCAACP doesnt want the gov looking to deep at their illegal monopoly. Yeah, it sounds like the big trouble would have been the NCAA limiting the opportunity for assistant coaches to earn money.

20k stadium for an NFL game? Doubtful. Is that what they are saying the capacity will be? That sucks. The photos looked like a bigger venue. I was hoping they would be able to host other events there.

Hearing from multiple sources that looks like Satellite Camps will be reversed. Believe a final answer could be by Friday..

Kelly Ripa is rough looking for 45. Plastic surgery gone wrong. She's also too skinny.

He's done nothing to earn that kind of money. The sport is so popular, it can virtually run itself. The NFL could have a commissioner making $1 million, and it would be just as successful.
He's had several major missteps: concussions, referees, player suspensions and fines, making military pay to have the color guard on the field, not allowing Deangelo Williams to wear pink outside of October, to honor his mother who died from breast cancer, turning the draft into a snore fest, and on and on.
The one good thing I feel he did (and he may not have even been commissioner when it was implemented)....is the proliferation of the passing game in the NFL. It makes the games more exciting, with more passing and makes bigger stars out of QBs and WRs. A lot of this change has been caused by the tighter pass interference rules and no contact after 5 yards by the defense.
