Should have picked Rodgers up and body slammed his ass. Same fucking penalty. Grabbed his fucking leg and twisted the fucking thing, ripping the calf. Same penalty.

Probably no suspension if it wasn't Rodgers he steps on. Can't hurt the golden child. Rodgers is America's Sweetheart right now. You can't step on his legs twice without looking down at least once to see what you stepped on. When Rogers hit him on the ass , Suh didn't even turn around to see what the hell was going on. If you get hit on the ass after a play was over, I would think you would turn around to see WTF was going on if you didn't do anything wrong.

It's some real SOL shit if the best defensive player they've had in my lifetime ends his Lions career like that. Loss for the division title to the Packers and suspended for a playoff game.

Every football field I have ever been on has been relatively flat. You can feel when you are stepping on something not turf. When you are playing the game, that has to mean body part. It wasn't the first step that was the issue. It was the second step-he first moved his foot off of Rodgers, then stepped back with the second foot. He knew what he was doing at that point. He didn't look down for plausible denial. With his reputation, nobody's buying that anymore.

he didn't graze Rodgers. And he may not have known exactly who he was stepping on but he knew it was someone's limb and he definitely lingered and then pushed off. I hope he isn't suspended but I would not be surprised if he was. there were two steps involved. bullshit he didnt graze him with the first step. his foot ended up ion the ground at the end of that step

Also, once again, slow motion replay is terrible for sports. If you watch that in real time it looks like nothing.

\Well, they have zero shot of beating dallas without suh.. I doubt it, but I wonder if any of this trims his list of suitors? he's looking at a suspension for doing ANYTHING at this point

He did know. It was very intentional. It's amazing to see where some of these ex players find work. Merton Hanks suspended him and his appeal will be heard by Derrick Brooks or Ted Cottrell.

In real time, what a stomp. Should be kicked out of the league permanently.

I don't want Suh (or Raiola) anywhere near this team next year. I'll reinvest his money into Revis and draft a DT.

I hate thinking about this, but we could see a full on rebuild of this team in 1-2 years.
If Suh leaves and this team goes in the tank either this year or next, Caldwell and Mayhew get broomed. New GM can then come in and broom Stafford, and at that point you put Calvin out to pasture as well.
Son of a bitch.

I've been going back and forth with how different scenarios could play out going into this off-season whenever that time comes. It's going to be a wild off-season for sure.

This Lions team is out of control, we have two thug players (Dominic Raiola and Ndamukong Suh) who enjoy stepping on people, inflecting pain and getting suspended from the biggest games of their careers. I’d get rid of both players immediately.
And let’s not forget about the quarterback (Matthew Stafford), who if it wasn’t for the law of gravity couldn’t hit the ground.
It’s time for coach Caldwell to stop this nonsense and get control of his team, otherwise he can pack his bags too.

He snapped at Dave Birkett and he's a quiet soft spoken level headed guy. I'd be more worried about that. If he lost his cool then something is up.

In his first season, he led them to the 2nd most wins in team history. He has PLENTY of leeway right now IMO.
