The best wine I ever had came out of a box. My wife smuggled it back from Canada after a 10K race.

How's the house coming pepper? At least you're getting good weather. The advantage of having good weather would imply that someone was actually working at the site. That's like tree falling in the forest. The builder was supposed have a framing crew lined up. They backed out. They found some other crew who was and still is working on a house in Waterford on a lake. It's supposedly a small lot. The telephone poll on that property literally has to be raised in order to prevent the electric/phone/cable wires from laying on top of the house. After talking to the concrete guy who did the foundation, his suggestion was to demand they vet someone out there to frame the walkout wall and the first floor. They claim they have another week at that house in Waterford. We got them to start working on the walkout yesterday. They are supposed to work through the weekend. They should have been at this point a month ago.

I am pumped up about Obama turning Cuba into the 51st State. We won't have to smuggle their baseball players and cigars anymore.

I think Flem is saying Detroit would have 3 losses in the NFC and Green Bay would have 4, thus the Lions win the tiebreaker correct. our record in the nfc would be better, its the 4th tiebreaker and we would win Thanks. That's what I was looking for. I didn't get that out of your first post if that is what you were saying.

6 yr/ $49m offer per twitter. Sucks that Schlizzel doesn't like sports. The Spartan Troll would like you to know that his source says this offer is bullshit.

Its still in the more unlikely to happen then the to happen. Right now he is getting Michigans offer, which sounds nice, in the next week he is going to get the NFL's offer which likely is GM and Coach and that may be much more appealing. I just hope they have some solid plan b's to attack when its time. Have any GMs been fired yet?

the lions would be 2 games up in the conf with one to play.. thats how I guess I don't understand the math if both teams are 10-4 right now. The Lions are in 1st right now because they won the head to head. If the Lions go into GB 11-4 against a 10-5 GB and lose, how are the Lions one game up when both teams are 11-5?

www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000444723/article/which-teams-can-clinch-a-playoff-spot-during-week-16The NFL website says the Lions could clinch the division with a win and a GB loss this week. I don’t understand how the Lions can clinch this week if they can still lose in GB and finish tied. I’m missing which stat breaks the tie in the Lions favor. I would think they would be tied all the way down to #5 on the list with the edge going to GB for beating New Eng. If that didn’t do it, having Seattle and NE on the schedule give GB the edge for #6. To break a tie in the division, the rules say: www.nfl.com/standings/tiebreakingproceduresTO BREAK A TIE WITHIN A DIVISION If, at the end of the regular season, two or more clubs in the same division finish with identical won-lost-tied percentages, the following steps will be taken until a champion is determined. Two Clubs 1. Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games between the clubs). 2. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division. 3. Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games. 4. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference. 5. Strength of victory. 6. Strength of schedule. 7. Best combined ranking among conference teams in points scored and points allowed. 8. Best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed. 9. Best net points in common games. 10. Best net points in all games. 11. Best net touchdowns in all games. 12. Coin toss

I just saw an obese hippie breastfeeding a kid uncovered while walking through Sam's Club. How is this out of the ordinary? They usually put the kid under a blanket as opposed to holding a kid like a football against their tit with the shirt half up. Obese wasn't the best choice of words. The woman just had twins. "Hippie" is accurate.

My coworker who is the massive Tiger homer literally all last season acted like he wanted to fight me if I said anything negative about the Fister trade. On Friday he sent me an IM saying “The Fister trade was a bad deal”. No shit.
Fast forward to this morning…..he is massively hating on the Lions. He’s actually been doing it all season. Looking back on it (I have a schedule on my wall) he picked the Lions to lose every game after the bye. He obviously has them losing the next two as well. I think they could win the next three games and if that third win was against an NFC south team, he would still find a way to hate on it. It’s fun F’ing with this guy. Here is my conversation with this a-hole on Office Communicator.
Me - Forward down the field.
Him - They did everything they could to lose but Min wouldnt take it. I knew the offense would struggle...they were awful.
Me - Right after Minn played that home game in Ford Field a guy called into the radio saying the curse then passed to Minn. I'm having a hard time disputing that now.
Him - it will always belong to the Lions. Just wait until they lose the next two.
Him - As usual, when they really need to win a game they come out flat. The defense finally woke up and won that game...again.
Me - That's football.
Him - Honestly, this is one of the worst 10 win teams I've ever seen. All they've done is pad their record by beating bad teams at home and they needed some miracles to do that.
Me - You could say the same thing about Green Bay. They are 7-0 at home and 3-4 on the road with one miracle win in Miami.
Him - GB isnt that great either...especially after yesterday but they did beat NE and they will win their last two. When they have to win games they will.
Him - Looks like you've put on the Honalulu blue glasses!
Me - I'm not looking through any glasses. Once this team started defying logic, I decided to approach this season by using facts instead of theory. You have a lot of emotion wrapped up in the Lions.
Him - I don't think they're defying logic. I see a mediocre team that is beting bad teams at home. They've been very lucky with their schedule. Caldwell has done a nice job of getting them to win the home games they should but they don't show up on the road against good teams. Defying logic would be winning in GB.
Him - I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt if they could have won just one of the two games against AZ or NE but they didn't show up for either. SOL.
Him - What is the world is the Quick Lane Bowl?

If he was coming to Michigan- he'd be a bust and lose carries to a walk on. Now that he's going to OSU- he'll be the next Archie Griffin I never said that. I think the walk on that just Retore his ACL the over hyped 5* and the blond Mohawk all make me nervous. Issac is the dark horse that I've heard nothing about. So yea I would like a talented RB to come to michigan Drake Johnson is not a walk on.

lol at this thread title. You'll be ok pPepper. You just need to be aggressive, which doesn't seem like your personality. I've never mastered aggression without anger. I have two speeds, on and off. "On" is not a good scene and is not suitable for the workplace. My major malfuction is not taking advantage of things when I should because I always have to learn things the hard way. I'll learn from it and move on.

B-line has never had a way to get easy shots when his team is missing 3s. We all forgot about it because they've had special shooters for the last three seasons. There are no special shooters on this team. This looks like one of those early Manny Harris teams.
