Stafford was on NFL radio today with Jim Miller and Pat Kirwen. Miller asked him what changes were made when JBC took over as OC, and Stafford said it was a complete overhaul, and they changed everything. Terminology, route concepts, progressions were all redone. They must have removed Calvin from the playbook too

Who is this team's core? like the guys that we know have talent and should stay? My opinion D: Ansah Levy Slay Reid Diggs Quin O: Tate AA CJ depending on contract situation Stafford ( i'll put him here because there isnt a better current option and he is good enough for now) I dont know what to say about the oline.. they basically need some sort of overhaul.. too soon on tomlinson, Warford is probably good.. not sure about swanson, but reiff and the other tackle (Ola for now) need to go. there are a couple of other ok pieces that could stay or be upgraded.. Quddus, whitehead, jones, taylor, etc.. I really like Tahir Whitehead. He played well when Tulloch went down last season and the defense got instantly better when he started playing halfway through the season ahead of Travis Lewis and Josh Bynes.

Gregg Rosenthal thinks that Slay was a pro bowl snub. Slay is weird.. makes a great play then completely screws the pooch. He was pretty bad the beginning of the year. Has played well lately, but still seems to make a bonehead move here and there. I still dont get why we cant ever get a corner to look back for the ball EVER.

I think there's a decent chance a new GM would consider Austin. Not sure about the other guys, or why anyone would care really. I worry that he's not ready..

Bynes has pretty much been the starter for Levy all year. Whitehead comes in for Tulloch on passing downs.

If you can trade 1 of the 2 during the offseason between Stafford and Calvin Johnson, which do you do?

Calvin. Older, often injured, and is severely overpaid

Calvin. Older, often injured, and is severely overpaid I see no reason to trade Padford at this point.

If we can't trade Calvin, I'd just cut him. Better for both parties really.

If you can trade 1 of the 2 during the offseason between Stafford and Calvin Johnson, which do you do? I would say Calvin. With a better Qb Calvin would be more than serviceable. New England, Green Bay or Seattle would be great places for him.
