I enjoyed that game. They were "run-in & gun-in", it reminded me of the old UNLV days. Now UofM is not as good as those teams, but it was an very entertaining game.

Michigan will have to play better defense in the second round, because they aren't going to hit threes like that again Some of that is tournament basketball though. There are so many different styles and systems that teams play. UM has been doing a great job adapting to these styles.

Think about it. Early/Midway in the B1G season. The battle cry. Replace Beilein. Early/Midway in the B1G season. Replace PSU's Franklin. Similar late season heroics coming down the pike??

It's nice having a dominant big man in a game like that. Louisville had a team of athletic 7 footers that couldn't guard him. When the last time we only took 17 threes?

Louisville's Deng Adel: "They shot 63 percent from the field in the second half, which is unheard of against us."

I had such a weird confidence going into the game. I never really felt worried when we were down.

I had such a weird confidence going into the game. I never really felt worried when we were down. I hear ya. Couldn't watch the 1st half, busy at work. Goal was to get out of the office to catch the last 10 minutes. No matter what the score was at that time had confidence that it would be a game down the stretch. I'll take the W....but Louisville sure missed a few bunnies late. What the hell on the blown dunk? Dude hanging on the rim while he attempted to tip his miss back in. Is that not a T !!! Guess rulebook has changed.

The only banner I want to see is a Final Four or better....
One banner signifies you actually won something, the other is an indication you advanced to a certain point, then lost (unless of course you are hanging a NC banner next to it). Seems a little bit like a participation trophy to me. That's almost as pathetic as the Lions hanging a banner for making the playoffs. I've never understood the need to hang a banner after losing your last game.

Duncan is the one guy that I feel like hasnt improved at all. I had hoped he would work on his ball handling a little bit to help him create his own shots like Nik stauskas a couple years ago Robinson came from a Div 3 program. He never played against this level of competition. This is only his 2nd year. Coming off the bench has helped him a lot. His legs aren't tired and they don't have to rely on him taking so many shots. They even have him trying to rebound this year.

Michigan will have to play better defense in the second round, because they aren't going to hit threes like that again They have been shooting 3s like this for weeks. This is the first season I can remember where they didn't spend the bulk of the conf schedule shooting 3s under 30%. That's bigger than playing better defense.

If they win the national championship, they need to retire Maverick Morgan's jersey. They may need to do it even if they don't win another game.

It was a fun ride while it lasted. Hopefully this will quell the Beilein criticism, and he can get some higher rated recruits.

Beilein went with Robinson who provides zero defense or rebounding way too long.

That and he was playing like shit. It was like VVagner regressed mentally to Kameron Chatman yesterday. He looked so panicky. It still stings to know we lost a game that we should have easily won had a couple of our players not crumbled under the hype.

This is why the Wolverine fans get branded Walmart fans. The criticism wont stop especially after his failure to draw up a high percentage shot last night when your team is down only 1 point....

Wilson and Wagner go out like flaming turds and are forced to return for another year. We just need to find a grad transfer point guard. I can't see X as a starter.

Honestly I thought the same thing about the two bigs. After all the hype I thought another big game and one of them may have bolted. They both shit the bed and will be back.
