I know this is kind of a cheap way out but as I mentioned earlier this year I am going to just list some guys in each round I would like to see The Lions target. This is of course based on projections and does not include any trades or any crazy scenarios like a top 5 player falling.I will list each player in each round in order of preference based on how good I believe the player will be in the NFL and not based on what the pick could have been the round before. Round 1 Sheldon Rankins (DT) Vernon Buter (DT) Jack Conklin (OT) Chris Jones (DT) Noah Spence (DE) (My only concern is he perhaps may be more of a 3-4 guy) Darron Lee (LB) Jarran Reed (DT) Round 2 Carl Nassib (DE) Bronson Kaufusi (DE) Kentrell Brothers (LB) Jeremy Cash (SS) Vonn Bell (FS) Karl Joseph (SS) Round 3 (Basically an early 4th rounder) Miles Killebrew (SS) Scooby Wright (LB) Spencer Drago (T) Rashard Higgins (WR) Guys projected Round 4-7 in no particular order Willie Beavers (LOL)(T) Kyle Murphy (T) Joe Haeg (T) Jack Allen (C) Graham Glasgow (G/C) Leonte Carroo (WR) Keyarris Garrett (WR) Aaron Burbridge (WR) c.j. Prosise (RB) Keith Marshall (RB) Matt Judon (DE) Jihad Ward (DE) Anthony Zettel (DE/DT) KJ Dillon (S) Joshua Perry(lb) Nick Vigil (LB) Forgot about Leonte Carroo (Karsch's guy). He would be solid too.

Some names I really like in this draft (after the 1st round):
Noah Spence, OLB - Eastern Kentucky (Character concern but oh well) Tyler Boyd, WR - Pitt (Playmaker. Very versatile. Kick returns, punt returns, excellent wide receiver, and has a good arm for trick plays) Tyler Matakevich, LB - Temple (Tackling machine. Not the best athletic, but dudes a beast. And he's a ginger.) Pharoh Cooper, WR - Gamecocks (Stud slot receiver) Carl Nassib, DE - Peen State (Kind of dropped off this year, but solid) Devontae Booker, RB - Utah (Solid between the tackles. Has nice juke moves. Work horse) Kenny Dixon, RB - La tech (Scared he might be Kevin Smith 2.0 though, lots of carrys in college, but a lot of ability) Aaron Burbridge, WR - MSU - Come on. He made Connor. Rashard Higgins, WR - Colorado State (Dude is a beast! Had some injuries this year. But when Grayson was his QB the year before, dude put a monster season. This is my boy) Shawn Oakman, DE - Baylor (Will be happy if we can get him in 4th or 5th round. Dude has the talent, just needs the coaching)

Our plant is down in Smyrna, TN & Lewisburg, TN...with out test lab being in Shelbyville, TN. I stay in Murfreesboro, TN (Where MTSU is located) because it's like in the center of all three. The town is actually pretty awesome. Nice college town. Good for them.
Got a lot of shit at work from my TN colleagues.

Per RapSheet, Whitehead is resigning with the Lions. Hope so! I thought he was a fringe starter. Definitely solid depth.

What the hell are we doing with our LB corp? Released Tulloch. Travis Lewis signed with Vikings. Not resigning Whitehead. Levy basically missed all of last year. We have Levy and the corpse of Van Noy as our LB core. Wtf.

Trump is now unstoppable. It's game over for Cruz, Rubio, Kasich and Carson I wouldn't say that. Not that large of a lead on Cruz. Only 100 or so delegates. If Rubio & Cruz play it right, I think they can over take Drumf.

A downriver guy I ate lunch with yesterday put ranch on his spaghetti. What kind of animals are they raising down there? He also bitched about being charged extra for the ranch. He thought it should be complimentary with the spaghetti. I'm from Downriver and I don't endorse doing that.

Wife started having contractions at 9 a.m on Sunday the 17th. Had our baby on Tuesday at 7:53 p.m. Got discharged Thursday. Nurse never sent the script to the pharmacy...so she spent the first night at homd with out pain meds. Nurse never offered to wheel her out even though her shoes didnt fit because they were so swollen (thankfully she had slippers).
Fast forward to Sunday the 24th. At night she started getting sharp knife like pains in her right abdomen. Went to doctors Monday, he thought it was a bladder infection and prescribed an antibiotic. Took it through out the day with no success. Admitted to hospital Tuesday at 7 a.m. Had CT scan and determined its not appendix (thank god). She has a bladder infection and an infection to her endometrial lining of her uterus. She literally hasnt had any sleep since the 17th.
Probably wont be discharged until Friday. Her mother is watching our baby at night. I bring him here during the day.
Its been a life changing week, to say the least.
I needed to type this out somewhere. It helped.

This game reminds me a little of the Texas vs. USC national championship game. A little. However, nothing competes with that

Bengals making me feel ok about being a Lions fan. I was thinking the same exact thing. What a disgrace what the Bengals players did in this game. Terrible. The Bengals/Buckeyes fans at that stadium get what they deserve.
