For some reason we have an AMEX Costco card. No clue why. It's expiring though as Amex will no longer have a relationship with Costco. They are moving to Citi. I wonder if I can transfer that to a delta card Wait until August or September. That's when they offer 60,000 miles at sign up and 10,000 mqms.

All my travel was throughout florida before. Been platinum with Marriott for 4 years now. I only had to fly maybe once a month prior. Now it's 1-2 flights per week.
Pics of car...?

Sounds horrible. I'm not uploading pics of a car you don't like.

Congrats. JLR is going to be putting out a lot of suv's in the next couple of years. I'm looking forward to the Jag versions. I like the XF but I'm not sure I want a car. JLR also needs to upgrade their interiors. There should be better technology for what they charge. Leasing is definitely the way to go for a car in that price range if you can keep it around $500. The fuck face (f-pace) is pretty sweet. I don't think I could ever buy a jag though.

Car has a pretty cool remote app. Don't know if that's standard on most new cars, but I like it. Can lock doors, deal with Windows, look at gas level, ac, start etc from it.

Got to play around with a 2013/2014 M5 on the highway yesterday. Did 4 or 5 runs and he would pull me, but not nearly as fast I thought he would. At one point I got a good car length jump at 70mph. He didn't catch me till we got to 130.
The best part was the guy was pHoff's age... Gotta love when AARP members are scared to have fun with their 500hp car. He gave a very enthusiastic thumbs up after we were done.
Long story short- the new M235 is much quicker than I anticipated

When I'm Hoffs age I hope to have an m3 as a side piece. Never really understood the point of an m5.

Did they change the engine? Yes/no... Still twin turbo V6... But a stronger tune. 330hp now off the assembly like, and they also added an 8 speed double clutch transmission on it which gives it better gearing to maximize its power band. It also has the M package sport and sport + modes which stiffen the suspension and dial up the baseline rpms, and shifts faster to give it a great sports car feel when you want it. You can use simple Econ mode for a comfortable road trip otherwise.

Also going 130 on a freeway when your 38 years old is really stupid. Sound like something I got over when I was 17.

Man, you really can't take a little good natured ball busting can you? Your car is pretty sharp looking, you got s great deal on it. Is it something that would be functional for me? no. Does that mean it's a shit car? no. Does mean we can't give you a little shit... Definitely no.
Quite being so flemish
