It's more fun this way though guys!
Who would have thought the Pistons would end up the only watchable team in Detroit.

The team seems to play like they know Ausmus is going to get fired. Just waiting for it to happen.

I think they just don't care if he does get fired. They don't have any attachment to him so they seem to just be going through the motions.

Upton moves to five and strikes out 3 more times. Maybe try an eye test?

Got to be happy with Fulmer and Zimmerman.

Zimmerman has been great. I'm going to watch more than 5 innings of Fulmer before having an opinion.

So apparently K.U. sporting "engagement" ring for the world to know. Cue the countdown to JV implosion vine in 5.4.3.2.1...........

Congratulations to the happy couple. Let's hope the beautiful woman hex doesn't effect JV, but his 1st inning tonight wasn't good.

Verls. I think he has no idea where the ball is going when it leaves his hand.

Before this season is lost....
Gardenhire has been a managerial candidate for other clubs since being fired in Minnesota, most notably being one of the reported finalists for the Padres job this offseason alongside Pirates coach Rick Sofield and D-backs third base coach Andy Green, who eventually won the job and is now in his first season with the Friars. Gardenhire is widely respected among baseball executives and his former players. While his in-game tactics were more traditional in nature, he drew strong praise for his communications skills and attention to fundamentals, and he was exceptionally popular in the Twins’ clubhouse over the duration of his dugout tenure.
