You don't have roadside assistance? That's so blue collar.

I really end up not liking most of my friends on Face when I read their stupid posts. Not sure why I read it - but I do.

Another tire covered under warranty. Now I just need to hammer nails in the front two tires.

Philly - every year we have to send out 1099's to all the non-corporations that need them (mostly indirect suppliers). Is there an easy way to identify them, other than just looking for partnerships, LLCs, and individuals?
Seems like every year we go about it in a dumb way and send out some to entities that we shouldn't and miss others.
Appreciate it Tax Master.

People heat up the most disgusting smelling foods in the work microwave. It smells like pig vomit.

I don't think there is another way to find out the entity type without that. Right, but aren't there certain LLCs that don't need 1099s? Or is it just all non-corps?

Yeah, single member LLC's are generally disregarded entities so they are classified based on the owner's classification. The instructions on the w-9 say to complete it based on the owners classification if you are a single member LLC.

Ok, so it seems like I just need to make sure all of our suppliers have w-9s on file. thanks.

I had to wake up 2:30am today for a flight at 5am. Am now sitting in airport and waiting to board my connector back home which gets me into Orlando at 12:30am. Should be to my hotel by 1:30... I'll be going on 23 hrs straight of no sleep. I feel like Christian Bale in the Machinist. If you don't like my reference... Go blow MTD mans hot dog cock... I'm tired and it's the best funny I can do.

Transition to the new job has been weird. I don't "do as much work" as I used to in an average day. Seems like I'm almost getting away with something with the delegation.
