So Michigan and MSU both looked good in their openers. Flawed, but good. I didn't see the Michigan game but Florida also didn't have all their guys. State looked like it had trouble getting out of its own way. I'm not sure the 2 missing starters they had would have made a difference with that offense... they are horrible at QB

I don't think it is dumb. It makes a lot of sense It's a big time stretch- the only connection is how he reacted during when the children created the first wight by putting dragon glass in his heart. I'm pretty sure I went full nerd typing that

If I was a siberian husky living in florida, I'd be pretty bitter also. Oddly, there are more huskies around our neighborhood than any other breed... when we were in AA, we knew of one other husky owner in the entire area. Makes sense

Seriously Joe king. Send your dogs to an in laws. Don't let them get scooped up. Say they ran away. In all honesty... we were discussing this today. I will absolutely send them to a friend or family members before letting them take the dogs

Hoff- need advice. To piggyback an issue that cost me $800 a few months ago when my dogs got out because I left the gate open and attacked the neighbors Chihuahua – now, I just found out that while I'm on vacation in Michigan, where I had entrusted the care of my dogs to what I thought were capable hands – my neighbor and his 18-year-old daughter, I find out via text message from them today that while they're getting ready to walk my dogs- my dogs ran out of the garage and attacked another neighbors small dog. To inform me, he sends me a TEXT message saying, "hey, just wanted to let you know that on Friday your dogs got out while we're getting ready to take them for a walk, we were getting ready in the garage and suddenly they ran out and attacked the neighbors dog. Their vet recommended calling animal control. Not sure on details... just wanted to give you heads up" WTF?? "Just wanted to give me a heads up" that while YOU were responsible for MY dogs- that YOU fucked up and allowed my dogs to attack another neighbors dog? No sorry? No this is my fault?? My mind is blown- but more importantly, I need to know what my responsibility is here. You can be held civilly liable for harm caused by your dogs, especially since this is a second offense. You had actual notice of the problem. Did you warn your dog sitters? Were they aware of the prior incident? If so, they will bear some responsibility, but not all. If animal control gets involved, They may seize the dogs. Put your homeowners carrier on notice. If anything comes of this, you should be covered. Yes, they were aware... the neighbors dog is ok, but it looks like she's milking the vet for what it's worth. Told me today that she took her in and there just appeared to be bruising, but she plans on going in for a follow up on Monday... oh and that she's notifying animal control Monday too. Fun.

short sales are so last decade Those were fun debates 10 years ago. All the shit I got for short selling my house from the Sportsinferno high horse elite... only to be vindicated as half of them eventually followed suit Now our best debates revolve around whether or not the site will pick back up during football season

Fuck... The wife and I have been house shopping for the past four months. Once we narrowed it down to the exact area we wanted to be in it, and had our house ready for the market – we went full force into looking for the next house. Our house has since been on the market for 55 days as that market seems to be slowing down big-time. We found a house that we really want and the people are desperate to sell. It started at 675,000 and dropped all the way down to 624,000. We looked at it for a second time and decided to see if they would entertain a contingent option. We offer them 610,000 with 90 days to sell and a non refundable $5k deposit... As I expected, they said they would not consider a contingent offer unless we had a contract on our house. At the same time, they dropped their list price to $599k... which is an insane price for the area... and here we are, handcuffed until I sell our current house. Unfortunately the sellers are relocating and need to move before school starts, and can't risk a contingent falling through, and would rather take less... house shopping is a pain in the dick Are you getting a lot of traffic through your house? If it's been sitting for two months this time of year, I'd drop the price. It's only going to get worse as school starts and interest rates creep up. I like AK's idea better... We had great traffic the first 45 days and had multiple people that came to look at it a second time. Now, over the last two weeks it's been radio silence as everybody's traveling for the holiday. I think we got into the market a month too late. Houses were closing within a couple days of being on the market and now it just seems to be oversaturated... nothing seems to be selling around us

The problem, as I understand, is I still need to be able to qualify financially to carry both mortgages with my debt to income ratio. I'm only doing the houses under my name as i'm in the process of refinancing my wife's grad school loans under her name. Keeping things separate, keep things cleaner for both. What can Z do?

I'm starting to call bullshit on some of these. How many of these girls have actually been convicted? This sounds like some vindictive little emo shit who didn't like how the teacher ignored him and tried or some douche who tried to brag to his buddies and the lie got out of control...

I've been watching American Gods on the Starz app with Apple TV and it's been highly entertaining. The book was great, and they are adapting it well. After this, House of Cards and Better Call Saul are done... I want to start Billions
