Sounds like a nightmare pepper. Can you have the lines buried? They will be going right over your finished house?

Today I installed a chandelier for the dining room that had 100 pieces of crystal I needed to attach. That was fun.

I had to take down something like this at my last house except it had even more balls. What a pain in the ass. I tried to do it without taking off the crystal balls and ended up breaking some of them. It had to weigh over a 100 lbs.

I was out of waterfall pictures. (you know we actually own a farm, right?) what type of farm ? Horses. Most of the acreage is in pasture. We have a nice garden, some fruit trees and chickens.

Hobby, although we do buy young horses, train them, and then sell them. And by "we" I mean my wife buys them with my money, she trains them, and then sells them for less than we have in them in terms of purchase price, her time, and multiple years of feed, vet bills, show expenses. So it's not really a viable business model.

The power line issue isn’t my issue. That belongs to the people in Waterford. Whoever owns that house in Waterford has to deal with replacing the entire telephone pole at some absurd expense with a taller pole. They can’t leave that house until it’s done. The carpenter said it is going to cost that guy $30K. Once we started busting balls, they began framing my house. The floor and some of the walls are supposed to be up by the time I get there after work. Juicy will be happy to know that at least one of our new neighbors hates us. It all started when this a-hole who delivered the wood managed to destroy my neighbor’s mailbox then drove off like nothing happened. Someone also managed to hit this decorative iron thing that I assume they are using to mark the property line between this guy’s lot and the lot and the lot next to his lot. The same guy probably did that also. His daughter saw him hit the mailbox and drive off. They worked with the company to get reimbursed. I was unaware it happened. This is a private drive. It has four lots on it that use the drive. I believe they were two 10 acre lots that were split 3 ways. A total of 4 houses use the private drive to access their house. The two houses at the front of the drive don’t use the drive at all. My side of the street was undeveloped. The other side has had two houses on the street for a number of years. The private drive is an easement. That means anyone who owns property on either side of the private drive has the right to use the drive to gain access to their house. Because the houses on the other side of the street were built first, they cut the private drive out of those people’s property. They in theory own their lots including the road up to the edge of my property. The bizarre thing is that includes a small drainage ditch on my side of the street adjacent to the gravel road. The electrical and gas box is on the other side of the street. In order to bring the lines to my property, we had to remove an awful shrub that was directly across from it in the ditch. My lot was an overgrown mess. It had been that way for years. The shrub looked awful. It was just an overgrown weed. It needed to be removed anyway. We had the excavator take it out because that’s what DTE told us to do. The day it was removed, we got an email from the guy across the street. He was thoroughly pissed off that we removed a shrub from his property. We were trying to figure out how the excavator managed to get across the street to that guy’s lot. It was our mistake for forgetting that this guy’s property actually extends across the road for 10 ft or so. There is no sidewalk. The best way to explain it is if your neighbor across the street from you owned the street in front of your house and that strip of grass between your sidewalk and the street in front of your house. You can imagine the owner of that land would get pissed off if you did anything to that land without their approval. He said he was concerned about the visual barrier between his house and my lot. It’s weird considering there are no trees between his house and the house next to his on his side of the street. We responded to his message offering to meet with him to discuss property lines. We never got a response after sending two messages. We were going to tell him that we would replace the shrub with some sort of new “visual barrier”. I don’t know if he is no longer pissed off or not. I intended to cut the grass in the ditch on my side of the road. I assume he is still planning to cut the grass in front of my house on my side of the road. That seems rediculous to me but I guess the guy is attached to the ditch. I assume he is paying taxes on it. Who am I to tell him he can’t cut the grass and get pissed off over rogue shrub removal?

You should buy that land from him. That's going to be a non stop problem.

I had to move out, I bought and started remodeling a mobile home I paid 200 for in novi. Instead of chasing hos I installed a dryer this weekend AK > Juicy That's what we like to call a money pit. Now you'll be stuck with it and never get out of it anywhere near what you put in. You should have went apartment and saved for a house without wheels. Mobile homes depreciate rapidly until they aren't worth anything. Better than pissing money away on apartment rent though all I want for my birthday is a big booty ho

Why the hell would I care about moving anytime soon ? The amount of tail I can poach from northville and novi fountain walk alone makes it worth while. Plus there's 3 anytime fitness locations within 3 miles. I'll just get gains and remodel upon occasion. Also, I know a bish who buys trailers and sells them for the profit. But I enjoy learning new stuff about home improvement all I want for my birthday is a big booty ho

Plus AK helped me build the punishment room and dungeon . juicy brings drunk white women with huge asses on Wednesday nights and uses the flogger and dungeon. The craftsman ship in the oak floors in that room would give bashara a boner.

For 200 dollars, christ I spent that on towel bars for my fukcing bathroom.

Does 350 include water and sewer? That seems like a lot for just the lot. I can see why trailer parks are a good investment.

I know a few people who went WAY in over their head on their first home / mortgage, cant afford to furnish it, sometimes get their cell phones shut off, etc ...
