I love it! The guys being from Michigan is just a cherry on top. He read about it in Readers Digest when he was a kid and I remember seeing it on the Leonard Nimoy narrated 'In Search Of'. I was hooked myself after that. When I saw History was doing a show I was excited and my wife just said 'WTF is that?'.

I watched a few episodes. Seems hokey like a lot of the crap they do on history. Too many shows like hunting giants on that network.

If you want the content you loved originally from History then H2 is what you want. History is almost all original shows now.

Honestly, the way I'm going, I'm not watching networks or channels. I'm just going to start streaming everything and picking and choosing shows. I can't stand most of what's on tv right now, and when I find a show I watch that show, not the whole channel lineup. Now that Longmire is on netfilx I'm actually going to get a script for that finally too. My goal is to be off cable and just streaming by the end of the winter.

I don't know what happened with Longnire. It's a good show and I didn't even know A&E cancelled it until I saw the story about it being picked up by Netflix,

Speculation is a&e only wants shows they own and produce. Longmire was the #1 rated show on that channel and they still canceled it because they didnt own it. Netflix picked it up. A&E only wants cheap reality shows like duck dynasty.

That show will probably lose viewership now that it's on Netflix. Some people won't know it was cancelled and won't know where to find it. Too bad another television network couldn't have picked it up. I don't stream on Netflix and don't want too just so I can see Longmire.

Too bad another television network couldn't have picked it up. I don't stream on Netflix and don't want too just so I can see Longmire. Actually, the fan base was what got them on Netflix. The author of the books along with a lot of the actors created a twitter/facebook campaign to get the show picked up by someone else. The big texting/tweeting marathons is what got the show noticed and Netflix interested in picking them up. I'm pretty sure other channels had a chance to pick them up but Netflix was the only one willing to bite. I don't get it either, the show was the #1 rated show they had. A&E just wants to do cheap reality shows with low production costs. I think what I'm going to do is pick up netflick, and along with maybe hulu or amazon prime streaming that's going to be my source for tv. Then dump the cable. I've got thousands of channels, literally, and all I do is flip from one to the other without watching anything. Most of the time when I do watch, it's stuff that I recorded to watch later. If you haven't read the Longmire books, I highly recommend them. The books are way better than the show, and I can't get enough of them. Great stuff.

They are staring to drag this out. They have me hooked and I'm on the edge of my seat waiting for them to find something. The France and Scotland angles were very informative and interesting but they used that S the meat of the episode between beginning and draining the swamp as the bread.
Megalithic yards, New Jerusalem and all.

Definitely has me hooked even though I know if they actually found The Holy Grail or Ark it would have hit the news quickly. The whole Knights Templar angle is pretty cool

I watched this show last season. My daughter started watching this season. Realistically the only reason I watched at all was because the rich brother was wearing a Michigan hat in the first episode. It's an entertaining show even though like others said, anything they found would have been made public by now.. That's the one disappointing thing about that show.

It's not the type of thing they could keep under wraps for six months until it airs like on a lot of other reality shows. They either haven't found anything or haven't found it yet. I hope the show can survive long enough for them to get some kind of answer. It's great to be able to follow it with it documented step by step. It's much better than having to read about it second hand later. The brothers running it are both from Michigan. I don't know where.

There's nothing there. That show is a wild goose chase.

They are really dragging this out now. The tease though is that next week they find something.

I agree. They wasted a ton of time on the last episode about the stupid hole

I agree. They wasted a ton of time on the last episode about the stupid hole It was interesting finally hearing how they reinforced it when they widened it but it didn't need a whole episode.

Not sure that I expected anything different but man the season finale was worthless and they had the guts to promise "the big reveal"

If they had found anything major we'd have heard about it by now. Looks as if they've discovered tunnels and artifacts according to the string of "this season on" moments. Should be interesting I hope.
