0 and 17 on da road against teams above 500....... 0-18 after Sunday Cowboys 34 Lions 17 Dez will rip the Lions secondary a new one. It will be funny to see the Lion fans begging to keep Suh after sunday Dez will go off on the Lions, and Demarco Murray is going to run all over Suh and this supposed #2 defense.

As fun as the SOL discussion is, I actually kind of like the match up with the Cowboys. Assuming Suh isn't suspended or something, I think they'll be able to stop the run reasonably well and put pressure on Romo to win the game. And it seems like Stafford usually plays well against the Cowboys. 0 and 17 on da road against teams above 500....... i jus been informed that stafford has beaten a few teams with winning records on da road.......da bears last season and da cahhhboys in 2011 and da igggles in 2012

Really? Paybacks from something that happened 2 years ago? Seems like a productive thing to focus on...

I dont get the people still doubting the D. they've proved it for 16 weeks. had what? one bad game in Foxboro?

In fact, I cannot believe GB went away from him inside the red zone.

drew stanton lighting them up was weird. for a #2 defense in the whole league, there seem to be a lot of "weird" things happening.
they get it together eventually in most games, but still.

Cowboys play worse at home than they do on the road and the Lions typically play well in Dallas... I think they have a shot.

There is nothing that makes me feel optimistic about the Lions chances heading down to the big D Sunday. The Lions are major underdogs against the high scoring cool confident Cowboys.
The line: Cowboys by 7
Note: The Lions have just one post season win since 1957, a 38-6 victory against Dallas in 1991.
Post season record since 1957: (1-10)
1970, lost divisional playoffs (Dallas 5, Detroit 0) 1982, lost first round of the playoffs (Washington 31, Detroit 7) 1983, lost divisional playoffs (San Francisco 24, Detroit 23) 1991, won division playoffs (Detroit 38, Dallas 6) 1991, lost conference championship (Washington 41, Detroit 10) 1993, lost wild card playoffs (Green Bay 28, Detroit 24) 1994, lost wild card playoffs (Green Bay 16, Detroit 12) 1995, lost wild card playoffs (Philadelphia 58, Detroit 37) 1997, lost wild card playoffs (Tampa Bay 20, Detroit 10) 1999, lost wild card playoffs (Washington 27, Detroit 13) 2011, lost wild Card playoffs (New Orleans 45, Detroit 28)
Prediction: Dallas 28, Detroit 17.

Personally- I don't buy into "history" lessons in a game like this unless the events happened recently enough to be relevant to this weekends game. What happened years ago has nothing to do with any player or even coach on this team

Apparently the world is still coming to an end. I was upset they gave up the 14 so quick in that one but then they locked it down.
