No not SOLF, but I can see Valenti's point on one thing. Playoff games are not the benchmark for what a team is or should be. Championships are(or hell make an SB), don't settle for a playoff berth if your a Wings or Tigers fan, demand a championship. Same here, almost 60 years of BS. Demand more from a regime that talks about change but shows us that Caldwell or Gym shorts we are a one sided team or can't coach/fix our players. Also a lot of this May ride on Mayhew for failing to realize that either his picks aren't that good or his coaches/assistants/trainers aren't that good. I'm with you on Mayhew but who was your pick for coach with who was available? The guy we thought they wanted and who I wanted just won 2 or 3 games in Tennessee. I'm not settling for playoffs. Once we got in three years ago the stakes were raised for me. This team has a lot of flaws but we are playing next week. That's not enough for me and like you I want to win that game. Lets play the game and see what happens.

So you won't be watching the game then? Since you're obviously off the bandwagon. There's SOL and then there's SOLF. Same old Lions Fans. of course i will watch and i was never on da bandwagon my approach has been as always wait and see........1 winning season outta(pick a number) aint shit we seen dis before put together 3 10 or 11 win seasons in a rowReal Talk ……..

Who do you think he is, Andrew Luck? Nope, but for the phat stack he's being paid, half as good as luck is expected. The difference that has been pointed out time and again is that Luck, Brees, Manning, etc. make their WR/TE corp, not the other way around. He should be making guys better. Guys also have to accept his making them better. He makes a lot of throws nobody else is. Try catching the fucking ball. Or are balls on the fingers, hands, and the numbers not expected to be caught in the NFL anymore? Many of these throws are off but still on a guys hands or hips. Still should be caught if you play in the NFL.

Stafdong not listening to QB coaches or coaches allowing Stafdong to regress or do whatever he wants might be. Mayhew letting his Franchise QB run the madhouse might be the problem too. Gotta figure this shit out quick. CJ is aging quickly, Stafdong is regressing, the front four might be missing 2 next year and the Oline make Swiss cheese look like it has smaller holes. Gotta get it done now. Teddy ballgame is here and we have another 10 year of Mr. Pumpyouup man to deal with.

it's very laughable the number of OC's that gets the blame for Stafford being what he is and that is below average

The play calling has to be better. What Stafford is left with after the call and what he can check into may be causing some of it. These calls aren't much different than what Linehan was giving him last year. The Bears will also be in a prime position to draft a decent QB should they choose to.

And didn't follow his progression to the wide open Tate. Missed Calvin with a step on the defender down the seam. Didn't see the wide open Bush who had beat the linebacker and may have been free to the house. As annoying as Buck and Aikman are they didn't say anything that wasn't true. Those are the plays you make when you're a good team. Those were all on Stafford. The one where he missed Tate there may have been pressure and maybe on the offensive line but those others were all Stafford.

Tate had a hell of a year while CJ was out. He hasn't had much since. He's convinced Calvin is open even when he's not.

Stafford is absolutely a turnover machine. It's the reason we run the diaper offense that we do.

I don't expect this team to win next week. They are a middle of the road team that went 1-4 against playoff teams this year. Fortunately they play Dallas, who is also a middle of the road team as well.

Rodney Harrison and Tony Dungy already did. The desk isn't even level with the size of those boners.
